Cruel and unusual?

I came home from work today, only to find Max picking on baby Alex once again. We have told him as wellas Henry plenty of times to leave the baby alone, but to no avail.
As I came back donwstairs from changing clothes, I caught Maxi pushing the PlayDoh bucket onto Alex's head, with Alex screaming and crying. So I made Max stand in the corner, wearing the bucket for three minutes. He was not happy to say the least!
